Estate Officer |
|
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with service contractors and sub contractors to carry out work within the Company Premises.
- Attend to all building/maintenance work (Air-con/Plumbing/Electrical)
- Monitor facilities’ equipments.
- Perform other related responsibilities as required by Manager from time to time.
Requirements:
- Computer literate.
- Applicants must be willing to work in West.
- Applicants should be Singaporean or PRs
- Knowledge of servicing air-con system, water pipe and other building defects
- Able to interpret basic electrical/circuitry drawings
- Minimum 2 years' experience in providing maintenance/repairs & general building maintenance services in the Company.
- Candidate must possess at least a NITEC, Diploma in Building Maintenance or other relevant engineering disciplines.
